WHAT IS THE SUPPORTER ENTRY TIER
The Supporter Entry Tier was announced by FIFA on December 16, 2025 following global backlash from fans about the high cost of World Cup Soccer Tickets 2026. After fans, media and even the UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer criticized FIFA's pricing, FIFA introduced a fixed $60 tier for every match including the Final.
The $60 price applies to all 104 matches without exception. A $60 ticket to the World Cup Final represents the most dramatic discount in the tournament's recent pricing history given Final tickets were otherwise priced at over $2,000 at minimum.
WHO CAN ACCESS IT
The Supporter Entry Tier is not available for general public purchase. It is exclusively distributed through Participating Member Associations, which are the national football federations of the 48 qualified teams.
Each PMA (national federation) receives an allocation of these $60 tickets. They decide internally who gets them. The intended recipients are loyal fans who have closely followed their national team, typically proven through history of match attendance, supporter club membership or loyalty programs.

THE BROADER ALLOCATION STRUCTURE
50% of each federation's total allocation is in the affordable range:

The remaining 50% is split evenly between the Supporter Standard Tier and the Supporter Premier Tier, which are priced at higher levels.
REFUND POLICY FOR FEDERATION TICKETS
If your team does not advance past the group stage, FIFA waives the administrative fee on refunds for unsuccessful applications through federation allocations. This is a concession FIFA also made during the December 2025 pricing announcement.
